CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Absolute Fit (Ages 18+)
For our adults looking to stay in shape, or get in shape we have the perfect class to offer. Absolute FIT is a 45 mins circuit style weight training class with a 10-15 min MET-CON at the end.

Absolute Strength and Absolute Speed (Ages 11+)
​Our Sports Performance Academy will consist of 2 classes; Absolute Strength and Absolute Speed. Each class will provide our athletes the tools to reach their highest potential. Each athlete will be trained as an "athlete". The athlete will learn to move dynamically in space, as well as being challenged mentally and physically.
