MEET THE COACH
Making a Positive Impact
Kyle has 10+ years of experience as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, coaching at the division 1 and division 2 levels. Helping athletes become All-Americans and All Conference selections. His stops included working with athletes at USF, Kent State University, West Point Army, and Notre Dame College. His greatest achievement as a strength coach came from helping 8 college football players prepare for and get signed to NFL teams, of which 4 of them came from division 2 Notre Dame College. Kyle's last stop was the Director of Sports Performance and Fitness at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA. There he developed fitness programs to help middle school, high school and college athletes perform at a high level on the field or court. He also helped create programs for adults who wanted to achieve high levels of fitness. In August of 2019 Kyle created Absolute Strength Sports Performance and Fitness LLC. From there Kyle has trained hundreds of local athletes  ranging from Power 5 division 1 schools to high level middle school athletes. Kyle has also created programs for the adult populations to help them continue to lead a life of great health, fitness, and free movement. Kyle has his degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. He received his Masters degree in Sport Administration and Recreation from Kent State University. Kyle is NSCA CSCS and USAW certified

Our Sports Performance Academy will consist of 2 classes; Absolute Strength and Absolute Speed. Each class will provide our athletes the tools to reach their highest potential. Each athlete will be trained as an "athlete". The athlete will learn to move dynamically in space, as well as being challenged mentally and physically.

For our adults looking to stay in shape, or get in shape we have the perfect class to offer in a small group, positive setting environment. Absolute FIT is a 45 mins circuit style weight training class with a 10-15 min MET-CON at the end to burn some serious calories!
